Following the murder of Charlie Kirk by a communist terrorist, the University of North Texas (UNT) has faced backlash for allegedly shielding students who endorse violence. A female student experienced this firsthand when she was harassed and removed from class after criticizing classmates for celebrating Kirk’s assassination. While her peers giggled and continued their behavior, the university reportedly took no action against them, instead penalizing the student who spoke out against the celebration of violence.

Attorney General Ken Paxton demanded answers from UNT as to why the student was thrown out of class. Towards the end, his statement also demands punishing the students who encouraged Democrat terrorism.
