The website for the Champions of Change Gala states this Friday is a night “dedicated to celebrating those who have fearlessly fought for progress, justice, and empowerment.” The gala is hosted by the organization Fight for Democracy, and according to the mission statement on their website, they work to amplify “marginalized voices, particularly within the black and hispanic communities.”
Asians should be pissed they aren’t particular communities.
