The Dallas County Republican Party will vote to elect a new chair at their meeting on the 20th this month.
West had called for a vote for his removal at the upcoming meeting on the 20th, but it seems he may have resigned ahead of time:
Allen West is set to speak in Georgia on April 24th next week.
