A mass text was received by many delegates today from an organization calling itself Republican Convention Research. The text was conducting a survey about support for Cat Parks or Matt Rinaldi in the upcoming GOP chair race.
This comes after Parks had previously announced she would not be running for GOP Chair.
Change of heart or is something else going on here?
