A Democrat from Pakistan is finally cleaning up his $1.3 million property in Fort Worth after it was alleged by state officials to be harboring a toxic dump masquerading as a family farm.
As a candidate for Congressional District 32 in the Democratic primary, Raja Chaudhry said protecting the environment is a top priority for him.
“Raja is committed to protecting the environment… Raja will work to protect natural resources and … educating others about the importance of environmental stewardship.”
The Muslim Entrepreneur promised to be a voice for the Middle East.
Hi, welcome to Current Revolt.
We are in Texas. You are probably in Texas.
These days, when you are reading the news, and you see this:
You know instantly, “This is some Democrat thing.”
Why would we make America like Pakistan? I would have settled with Mexico.
NBC:
"Worse than anything I've seen in a double manner," said Garett Gallo, City of Fort Worth illegal dump team senior code officer. "I mean, [I've] never seen anybody do it this long and just continuously dumping and not caring about anything around it. So, it's been pretty bad on this one."
Gallo said the potential threat of something like that is severe.
"Basically, everything that was dumped into the hole is petroleum-based, so you're basically dumping oil into like a flood plain, so to speak," he said.
"It kills all the trees around, it kills as it leaches into the water, and eventually, the Trinity [River is] not far from there, It will eventually make its way. It's going to be in groundwater, which will affect wells in the area," he added.
Cleanup didn't start until June 25 of this year, said the city.
Normal Democrats are bad enough—trying to take away the engines in our cars. “Kill all the trees” is like—super inclusive and diverse. Now Texas will also look like Pakistan!
Apparently, he is still campaigning after placing 6th in the primary?
He recently did a bulk press release. Some kind of new Democrat strategy, possibly?
He somehow had this property in Fort Worth valued at $1.3 million, but property tax records show this is what was paid.
During the field inspection we witnessed 2 donkeys, 6-8 horses, 15-20 goats.
Apparently, it was wrongly being used for agricultural purposes for tax benefits. Is a farm different than a toxic waste dump? In Texas it is.
Here is the audio from the County’s hearing argued against Raja’s farmhouse dump where the agricultural use status was denied.
Some highlights:
The property was being "mowed” despite having animals on property who feed on the grass. The county said this wasn’t typical.
The animals were only recently brought on the property according to the county.
The county stated it felt that the property was used as a dumping ground for construction debris.
The tax code requires that the animals receive the majority of their nutrients from the ground from grazing, but they found that the animals were being fed despite good weather for grazing.
They saw minimal tracks on the walking path despite wet ground.
The county felt that the horses were only put out for their visit.
“There was no evidence of this (property) being used in agricultural manner for years.”
The county then denied Raja’s dump status as being for agricultural use.
This entire situation is being blamed on an unnamed “property manager” who is currently wanted by police.
Wow I love when these immigrants bring their culture to my town.
My taxes are 20 times what his are according to this and my home is valued under 300K. And it might be better to wait til its cleaned up to clap. They dont usually follow thru on anything they say.
