Claim: Dan Crenshaw Currently Banned From International Travel for “Making Woman Feel Uncomfortable.”

A new story is making Congressman Dan Crenshaw look a lot cooler than he really is. The truth behind these claims is a developing story, and we are monitoring the situation.

On Wednesday, Punchbowl News reported Congressman Dan Crenshaw was barred by senior House Republicans from international travel after an incident involving Mexicans, alcohol, crude jokes, and women.

Top House Republicans banned Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) from traveling internaitonally for three months after an alcohol-related episode during a foreign congressional delegation.
During an August trip to Mexico, Crenshaw was having drinks with a group of Mexican officials. One Mexican official cracked a crude joke that made a woman present uncomfortable. Crenshaw toasted the remarks.

Crenshaw responded to the story with what Rep. Mitch Little called an “unusually verbose non-denial.“

Sources are also saying that Speaker Mike Johnson voted against removing Crenshaw from a panel he was a part of, but Crenshaw was ultimately removed anyway.
