“Conservative” Brian Harrison To Legalize “Deviate Sexual Intercourse”
His bill also targets children, because of course.
As a professional dog-breeder, you’d think Brian Harrison would understand how reproduction works.
A bill co-authored by Democrats and Republicans Brian Harrison and Dade Phelan would maintain that public acts of “deviate sexual intercourse” are still illegal—for now—but for the first time ever, the most deviate sexual acts you can imagine will now be legal in Texas behind closed doors.
A person commits an offense if he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another individual of the same sex.
— Section 21.06, Texas Penal Code
Harrison recently said he was working to make the Texas government the most conservative in America.
He also predicted that this session, the 89th Legislative Session, would be the most conservative ever (all caps.)
With the announcement of HB 1738 being scheduled for a hearing on April 8th, we now finally learn what Brian Harrison means when he says “LIBERTY” and “CONSERVATIVE.”
Obviously, this bill is great. Especially for Brian Harrison.
The bill also updates the Health and Safety Code meant for children under 18. The program will maintain its stance that “homosexual conduct is not acceptable”—for now—but the program will delete the instructional language informing children that it’s illegal.
Frankly, this bill doesn’t go far enough. When it becomes law, I think all Texas children should be taught about how Brian Harrison was personally responsible for giving them the right to engage in deviate sexual behavior. Perhaps they could make his birthday into a holiday to celebrate this achievement?
Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself.
Before we put Brian Harrison and Corey DeAngelis on Texas’ Mount Rushmore, we first need to create a memorial to honor Brian Harrison’s role in the Covid lockdowns in 2020, where we all faced certain death.
Thankfully, Brian Harrison and Pfizer were there to help us by shutting down the economy and administering billions of injections which make people age quicker, among other health benefits.
Harrison has been a constant critic of his fellow Republicans who work with Democrats on weird agendas. However, it appears this bill is a rare exception, indicating Harrison feels strongly about decriminalizing gay sex. It’s both beautiful and touching to see.
I’m pretty happy with the 89th Session so far. It’s shaping up to be the most conservative session in recorded history.
Looks like Hagenbuch got to Harrison. Bigly.
The power of Leftist lobbying and nookie must be (absolutely) overwhelming in the Austin sewer.
