DACA OVER – Let’s Round ‘em Up!

A DACA baby is an illegal alien known by the government to be breaking immigration law on a continual basis.
It’s very disrespectful to go to another country and break the laws there.
A federal appeals court on Wednesday sent a case challenging the legality of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA — a national program that provides some undocumented immigrants work permits and temporarily protects them from deportation — back to a lower court in Texas.
A three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said in its ruling that it agreed with the lower court that the implementation of DACA in 2012 was illegal — but it will keep the program in place while the lower court analyzes the latest rule the Biden administration implemented in an effort to save the program from future legal challenges.
Anticipating a loss in the appeals court, the Biden administration in August codified DACA into regulatory law and rescinded the 2012 memo by then-U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano that originally created DACA. The legal move was aimed at countering the July 2021 lower court ruling by U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen of Houston, who said the Obama administration had illegally implemented DACA.
DACA is a super-illegal organized crime scheme created by the Barry Obama administration to flood America with random people from all over the world. The purpose of creating incentives for illegal immigration seems self-evident, the goal is to harm regular Americans.
Why would anyone would want our country to be flooded with randos? I have no idea. Most leftists who support the “Flood America” plan seem to approach the topic this way — they look to their left, look to their right, and then declare that there is no problem with immigration in America because they can’t personally see any problems around them.
Wednesday’s ruling will continue to allow current DACA recipients to renew their status but still prevents first-time applicants from being accepted into the program.
DACA survived an attempt by the Trump administration to end it when the Supreme Court ruled in June 2020 that the administration had done so improperly and restored the program.
Meanwhile, Texas and eight other states filed a separate lawsuit in 2018 challenging the program’s constitutionality and argued that the Obama administration exceeded its authority by creating an immigration program without congressional approval. The lawsuit has led to a yearslong legal battle.
DACA existing is proof that we have a nation with no real men in charge. It’s an extremely simple legal issue as well as a blatant violation of natural law to open your borders to the whole world.

Article I, Section 8, clause 4 - US Constitution:
To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;
Article 1 delegates powers to Congress.
A uniform rule means that the law is to be standardized, created by Congress, and that there will be no special exceptions.
DACA creates a special exception to the uniform law, and it does so by fiat decree from the executive branch.

DACA babies are the recipients of stolen goods. Brought to the US as children by illegal aliens, but it literally doesn’t matter.
It’s no different than if your parents were bank robbers and, using the money stolen from the bank, bought you all kinds of luxuries that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford if it had not been for their criminal activity.
Hard to argue that you wouldn’t have a better life if your parents stole a million dollars from the bank.
They could buy a you mansion to live in, complete with a water slide from your second story office into the pool.
But eventually, the police will catch your bank robber parents, and all your ill-gotten gains will be seized and repossessed.
It doesn’t matter how much the little boy cries about his toys being taken away, they were obtained by fraudulent means in the commission of a crime.
This is what these DACA people are demanding—that they get to keep the house their parents stole.
We can’t have a society ruled by the people who whine and cry the loudest. As long as these DACA people stay, they will forever remain a line of thieves who believed themselves to be above the law.
If these DACA aliens refuse to leave, we have no choice but to declare them guilty of doing an insurrection against our democracy.

I couldn't have written a better piece! I've been making the same (simple) argument for years. These illegals try to make the case they have no connection with their home countries. Well, THEIR PARENTS DO! They can go back with their parents and reconnect.
