Texas Right to Life has a TRTL head popping out. In their latest backstabbing act, TRTL has endorsed the infamous Rep. Stephanie Klick (Reptilian - Fort Worth).
In the Texas House, her only notable achievement was keeping child genital mutilation legal in Texas, much to her enabler’s praise. Voters in HD 91 woke up so quickly, establishment auxiliaries had to blockwalk her district, begging voters to forget her wrongdoings. In the end, she made it to a runoff with actual conservative David Lowe.
You think a group like TRTL would back pro-life and pro-child candidates, but that is regretfully not the case. Recently, they not only endorsed Klick, but slandered abolitionist David Lowe.
Texas Right to Life took Lowe’s statement blatantly out of context. Lowe is discussing how grifters (like those now running TRTL) choose the incrementalist approach because it allows them to drag on the political process, getting themselves money and limelight, even while babies are dying.
Two questions arise from these happenings: why did a usually conservative organization endorse Klick, who’s record makes Charles Manson look like a pro-life hero? Also, what made so many self-identified Republicans vote for Klick to begin with?
Considering TRTL has devolved to a Category 5 crapstorm, where they are preoccupied with alienating their base, it makes sense the group would make an establishment-style left turn. As Lowe suggested earlier, TRTL is discovering there is more grift profit from demanding limp-wristed incrementalism than from abolishing it like a sane person. Include other factors, such as wanting to join the “magic suits” and “good ol’ gays” club in Austin, and their leftward lurch is understandable.
Another startling fact, is many in her district consider her a true conservative because she’s an incumbent with a “magic R” by her name. We have touched on this issue twice, and we will probably do it again in the future. Sadly, all you have to do is scream some word salad about small government, low taxes, and the constitution and dementia-Americans will blindly vote for you en masse. This (along with possible election fakery) is why the establishment keeps its hold on power. Having guaranteed access to long-time politicians is another reason “grassroots” groups sell out.
Sadly, this was how Klick won her first term in 2012, when screaming “low taxes” ad nauseum reached its zenith as a talking point. This strategy goes back decades with infiltration from neoliberals, neoconservatives, and Libertarians who’s efforts mostly succeeded until Trump’s 2016 run. Now, establishment archetypes like Klick are trying to return to the old zeitgeist, with thousands easily swayed by Reagan references (boomers believe he died for their sins) rushing to vote for them.
You can help end this strategy’s success. On May 24th, vote for actual conservatives like David Lowe, a grassroots conservative, and a true abolitionist. Doing so will prove again that nobody wants a child abuse shill representing them. Remember, it is always better to be far right than far wrong.
By the way, here’s the interview Free The States did with David Lowe IN CONTEXT.
