FACT CHECK: Viral Water Report
Mason jars, Gooner Squads, and secret labs...
Last week, a “Water Test Report” went viral on social media alleging “high levels” of chemicals and metals in the Texas snowfall.
The “water test report” went viral after Texas Scorecard influencer, Kambree Nelson, shared it across her social media. She alleged that Instagram was censoring the post, alluding to the idea that Zuckerberg’s company was trying to keep this report from being dispersed to the masses.
Kambree’s social media post garnered 841,000 views at the time of publishing. After an X fact check determined it to be fake, the post lost monetization.
Current Revolt (CR), not satisfied with X’s fact-checking, decided to look into “Next Level Labs” located in Denton, “ZX” to actually see what all was going on there.
NextLevel Labs, also known as NextLevel Healthcare, also known as Next Level Sound Therapy, is located in Denton,Texas:
Upon entering, Next Level has signs displayed in their front office pointing to the benefits of “sound therapy.”
The poster displayed in the front entrance describes how sound therapy can repair DNA, remove toxins, and promote spiritual awakening through various energy healing techniques.
We were met by the owner’s daughter, the only other person inside the sound clinic. She introduced us to her father, Next Level Sound Therapy owner Loucious “Louie” Pancoast.
We identified ourselves as media and Pancoast led us to a room and had us sit on a bed (there were no other places to sit) to discuss his viral water report.
CR asked Pancoast if he would provide a full-copy of the viral water report. Pancoast refused to provide a copy, stating that he needed to “think about it” and had to talk with another person before providing it to CR.
CR asked Pancoast who did the testing and where. Pancoast said the lab was “private and secret.”
When asked his method of testing the snow, Pancoast told CR he placed a mason jar on top of his pickup truck and allowed it to collect snow overnight. He then took the collected snow in the mason jar, sealed the top, and gave it to his “friend” for testing.
“It went inside. It got covered. And then it went to my friend. He took it, he did all these things...it took him two days...He did the testing and this and that and he showed me what was in it and I made my little form and put it out there.”
-Louis Pancoast on his method of snow collection for testing
Trace-metal testing, like lead analysis, requires extra care because samples are easily contaminated. This is why the EPA-approved method uses two gloved individuals to collect the sample.
Pancoast confirmed to CR that his lab has no certifications for testing water, despite his lab report claiming his lab was “NELAP compliant.” NELAP refers to the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program, which is administered in Texas by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
When asked why he couldn’t provide us information on his lab or testing, he told CR that “The Goon Squad” would come after him:
Pancoast would often switch the conversation away from discussing the methods and results of his water report testing. He instead talked about the government spraying chemicals in the air allegedly poisoning people.
Next Level Sound Therapy also has an excessive number of fake/AI content displayed on it’s Instagram (IG) page. When CR asked Pancoast specifically about staff in an AI generated photo on his IG page, Pancoast admitted the photo was fake but told us the people were real:
When CR asked for the name of the people in the photo, Pancoast said that he was unable to give their names as those people were part of a “research group” he was involved in that met twice a year.
Pancoast told CR that Kambree Nelson wanted to have him speak with a Texas Congressman about his report and mentioned a joint effort to get chemtrails banned. We reached out to Kambree for comment and she told us that someone named “Amy” spoke with Pancoast but not her. Kambree stated that she did request to speak with Pancoast but he never responded to her. We asked who “Amy” was but Kambree never explained.
Pancoast has a extensive record in Denton County including possession of a controlled substance by fraud as well as family violence.
CR reached out three additional times to Pancoast for a full copy of the NextLevel Labs water report. We received the following response:

Excellent investigative reporting! You did some good here
Great work. This chemtrails nonsense is all a distraction
