Felony Frazier [R-HD 61] GETS OFF EASY With “No Contest” Plea
What other unjust scheming is he capable of?
The joke is everyone in Austin is guilty of impersonating a public servant.
McKinney GOP Rep. Frederick Frazier is expected to plead no contest next week to two misdemeanor charges of attempting to impersonate a public servant, the Hopkins County District Attorney said in an email obtained by The Dallas Morning News.
Frazier, a Dallas police officer and freshman lawmaker, will be given one year of deferred adjudication probation, Will Ramsay said Friday in an email to the complainant in the case. The Class A misdemeanors also each carry a fine of up to $4,000. Frazier also intends to plead guilty to criminal mischief, a Class C misdemeanor, and will face a fine of $500, Ramsay wrote.
Apparently, Frazier stole his Republican opponent’s signs from outside a Walmart during the primary election by pretending to be a code enforcement officer.
Seriously, who does that?
The plea is allegedly an agreement that brings the original charges down from felonies. There will likely be a total of 3 convictions.
Many people are asking what’s to happen to his job as a Dallas police officer considering the results of this investigation. Not really good look for a police officer to go around telling lies to cover up for their criminal schemes.
Will the SREC disavow?
Court day is set for Tuesday in Collin County.
If you’re running for office and you’re not stealing signs, do you even really want to be elected?
We need statesmen not scammers.
