Texas is a wonderful state in which you can come from the lowest of lows and become a figurehead or successful politician. From a former porn star to school-choice evangelist or a blackface-wearing panty raider to Dallas County Judge, Texas is a land of opportunity and second chances.
Here we have Dallas County Judge Clary Jenkins, who was responsible for insane lockdown tyranny during the COVID scam of 2020, now being sued for alleged illegal solicitation. No, not prostitutes (that’s for political candidates) he’s being sued for ambulance chasing by a Dallas man after a driver crashed into his Dodge Ram.
Ambulance chasing is rampant in Texas but can be difficult to prove with degrees of separation between lawyers and intermediaries used to engage with crash victims.
While it’s illegal for attorneys or their proxies to initiate contact with potential clients within 30 days of an accident, state disciplinary rules allow lawyers to pay online services to refer clients seeking help. With no direct oversight by the state bar, tactics of lead generators can become tangled in allegations of barratry.
The Ram-owning-man alleges that after six phone calls from a “spoof number” offering to help “wrangle” additional money from his insurance company, he was transferred to the personal injury firm co-owned by Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins.
Jenkins has come a long way. In college he was once arrested and accused of wearing blackface during panty raids. Allegedly wearing blackface while stealing women’s panties is an insane thing to do, and in current year would be total self destruction, but back then people had more of a sense of humor about things and college kids generally got away with some pretty insane stuff.

BREAKING: Clay Jenkins Allegedly Wore Blackface to Terrify College Girls
According to a police report obtained by Current Revolt, a young Clay Jenkins allegedly put dark makeup on his face in order to appear to be a black man to “scare” young college girls.
Jenkins is now denying the allegations of ambulance chasing calling it an “extortive money grab” by the Dodge Ram owner.
According to DMN, during the March 4th hearing, Jenkins asked the judge to rule a lack of evidence and toss the case. The judge denied the motion.
