Gimmigrant Insurrectionists RELEASED by El Paso Judge
Plus one Texas lawmaker’s bold new border plan.
Not even a violent insurrection can keep horny Venezuelan men imprisoned for more than a few hours in supposedly conservative Texas.
Remember Operation Lone Star? Lol, it was like a bazillion dollars or something.
An El Paso magistrate judge on Easter Sunday ordered the release of migrants accused in a "border riot" when a stampede overwhelmed National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.
Court officials noted that undocumented migrants will stay jailed if there is a federal immigration hold blocking their release.
According to some people, whether or not violent Venezuelans show up and live in your corner of Texas is a federal issue — to be decided in Washington, DC!
Did anyone ever agree to this?
Presiding Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta made his ruling on Sunday, March 31, during an online teleconference bond hearing where he accused the El Paso District Attorney's Office of not being ready to proceed with detention hearings for each defendant.
Texas banned “sanctuary cities” in 2017. The law was supposed to prevent district attorneys from releasing violent illegal aliens from jail. I guess they found a loophole around that one — “whoops, we didn’t prepare! Looks like he goes free!”
Some migrants face charges of assault of a public servant for knocking down Texas National Guard troops before order was regained. The migrants had sought to surrender themselves to U.S. Border Patrol in bids for asylum or other immigration relief.
El Paso 'riot' arrests could be in the 'hundreds'
It was unclear if the judge's ruling applied only to the "riot participation" charge and not to assault and criminal mischief charges related to the chaotic border rush.
They won’t even release pictures of these rioting criminal foreigners.
Later on Sunday morning, two other migrants, including a Colombian man, had separate hearings on criminal mischief charges for allegedly cutting border fencing. They were jailed under a $2,000 bond each. Magistrate Judge Antonio Aun granted their release on personal recognizance bonds.
Migrants claim asylum and are then given many more rights than any American. The only crime is talking negatively about it. The infamous squatting Venezuelan was arrested for being too conspicuous and running his mouth.
Thankfully, we have a solution to all this from conservative Republican Jared Patterson.
Patterson detailed in a February interview his plan to increase border security spending by an astounding 50 times to “do what needs to be done” at the border.
I assume Patterson means booting these unwelcome guests off our social services and deporting them, as this is “what needs to be done.”
Jared Patterson — the man with the plan. Watch his epic speech: (2 min)
Patterson says that, unfortunately, we can’t have a border or a country because this plan is too expensive. He says the cost of his plan would equal the entire current state budget, or about $160B.
“We can’t defund our public education system [to pay for a border]” says Patterson.
Full interview below (please ignore the part where he says Paxton is a flight risk facing “life in prison” for the charges that were just dropped. Don’t focus on that part, and don’t focus on his election predictions.)
JARED PATTERSON, WE HAVE GOOD NEWS
This is an emergency message to Jared Patterson: We have great news.
We don’t have to defund the government to have a border. In fact, we are ready to move forward with your $160 billion border plan by putting it on a credit card.
Section 49 of Article III of the Texas Constitution declares that:
"no debt shall be created by or on behalf of the State, except: … to repel invasion, suppress insurrection, or defend the State in war.”
We have invasions, insurrections, and worse at the Texas border!
Jared Patterson has a plan to do what needs to be done at the border, and I’m calling on all lawmakers to come out in full support of Jared Patterson’s plan to round up and deport all the gimmigrants in Texas.
Patterson has the face of a complete dumbass fool but I bet he can quote bible verses by rote.
What a revelation....cut off their taxpayer handouts. Duh!! We've known this for 1,000 years. I would love to see this happen. I won't hold my breath though
