Donald J. Trump began his second term as the People’s President by halting the shutdown of an app people love—TikTok, and shutting down an app people hate—CBP One, an app the federal government uses to coordinate their replacement migration efforts. Other great and hilarious things are continuing to unfold as we monitor the situation from deep in the heart of Texas.
After paying the cartels for entry, illegal aliens who had previously scheduled appointments with the federal government to be let in and turned loose were left stunned when they saw a message on their smartphones that President Trump had already began making good on his promise to Make America Great Again just a few minutes after being sworn into office.
Thankfully they can still get on TikTok.
After coming into office with a clear mandate, President Trump signed several executive orders and reversed a number of executive orders issued under Brandon. Many of these actions affect Texans greatly.
On Immigration and the Border:
Cartels now considered terrorist organizations
Termination of catch-and-release
More WALL
Reenacted Remain in Mexico
Suspending the US Refugee Admissions Program
Deployment of armed forces and the National Guard and allowing them to respond to border issues.
Matt Stringer of The Texan notes that one of the executive orders signed may deputize state and local law enforcement with immigration authority allowing, TXDPS to enforce immigration law:
Reaction at the border was as expected:
Oh no… I guess she’ll just have to go make her own country great.
It just gets better.
