"H-1B Special Program" Mortgages Offered by Fort Worth Lending Company

Over the weekend, a social media post went viral showing an email advertising “H-1B Special Financing!” for Bloomfield Homes Creekview Meadow in North Texas:
Current Revolt obtained an additional email purportedly sent to DFW-area realtors from Stone Guard Lending promoting a “H-1B SPECIAL PROGRAM” with rates and contact info:
Additionally, Stone Guard Lending’s Instagram page has a video advertising what they call “OUR SPECIAL H1B VISA PROGRAM” promoting specific rates.
Current Revolt reached out to Zaid Asaad to inquire about the special H-1B program but no response was received in time for publishing.
Current Revolt also reached out to BloomField Homes for comment. When asked about any preferred lenders offering special H-1B program incentives, a BloomField representative stated they offer programs for “everyone”. When asked specifically about H-1B offerings, the representative reiterated there were lending programs for “everyone”.
A Facebook page titled “Indians in Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Irving, Frisco, Coppell, Allen ...” has multiple advertisements offering single bedrooms for rent in large homes located in DFW:
Long-term residents of Frisco and the surrounding cities have noticed the extreme demographic change in the last decade. Many are growing weary.
