Hilarious Prankster Who Sent “Migrants” to Martha’s Vineyard SUED in Federal Court
The opulence of indoor plumbing caused the foreigners emotional distress.
Illegal aliens are above the law, and rightly so. Ever heard of slavery? Yeah, it was pretty bad, so we have to make up for it by opening our borders.
But it’s still not enough.
Now, lawyers bravely defending democracy are trying to make it a crime to confuse these aliens by upselling them on an exotic trip to Massachusetts.
Authorities are looking into whether San Antonio-born Perla H. Huerta is the mysterious “Perla” who helped lure 48 Venezuelan immigrants from San Antonio’s Migrant Resource Center onto a pair of chartered jets that flew them to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts on Sept. 13.
Law enforcement sources confirmed the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office considers Huerta — 43, a former Army combat medic who also worked in counterintelligence — a “person of interest” in its criminal investigation into the incident .
Sheriff Javier Salazar has said he’s looking into whether the migrants, who were allowed by Border Patrol to remain in the U.S. while they seek asylum, were lied to or if the airlift organizers broke any laws.
It’s framed as a criminal investigation and nobody can say which law was broken. Very cool! Totally not a political witch hunt!
Any random person who shows up in America is allowed to claim asylum by simply claiming they are from a shithole country. The current international legal system dictates that because America is better than shithole countries, the people of shithole countries have a legal right to come here and stay.
It’s really quite remarkable.
But remember when you did slavery and hated people’s skin?
From the lawsuit:
Plaintiffs have led lives inflicted by violence, instability, insecurity, and abuse of trust by corrupt government officials that most Americans could hardly conceive of. They fled to the United States in a desperate attempt to protect themselves and their families from gang, police, and state-sponsored violence and the oppression of political dissent. To put it simply, Plaintiffs, and the class of similarly situated individuals they seek to represent, are vulnerable in a way and to an extent that almost defies verbal description. They are as deserving of dignity and empathy as anyone among us.
The foreigners from the lawsuit are from Venezuela, which is a country that American intelligence agencies have destabilized over and over again since the 1960’s with their endless coup backings and other shenanigans, all on record.
That’s kind of irrelevant to this story, but it’s interesting to note that the US government can cause destabilization abroad in order to destabilize the homeland with endless refugees, and nobody seems to question this arrangement.
Can I escape the black crime in Houston, the cartel violence in South Texas, and the political corruption in DC by showing up in a European country and claiming asylum? I doubt it.
The anti-white special interest group LULAC is offering a cash award for doxing “Perla,” aka the Angel of Bexar County.
The League of United Latin American Citizens is offering a cash reward of $5,000 for information about “Perla,” but already had linked Huerta to the incident after meeting with the migrants in Massachusetts.
LULAC has been trying to determine whom she worked for directly. The civil rights organization wants to identify her as part of an effort to stop politicians from using immigrants as “pawns.”
“We have nothing against Perla. We have nothing against DeSantis,” said the LULAC official, who asked for anonymity because leadership has requested that the organization make no more statements in light of the criminal probe. “We just want this (expletive) to stop.”
Apparently the poor, destitute immigrants took pictures of Saint Perla with their smartphones.
The New York Times published a photo of the infiltrators being sorely abused in Martha’s Vineyard with $150 sneakers.
The lawsuit makes the claim that it’s somehow fraud to suggest someone travel somewhere, and for them to voluntarily agree.
However you as an American don’t have this right of legal recourse. This is exclusively for people who have been in America for 5 seconds
The biggest immigration fraud in American history was Hart-Cellar Act, which was sold to the American people by Senators, high-ranking officials, and the US President as an act that would not change the demographics of the country. They literally said this. It was a fraud so big that it’s hard to grasp.
What are the compensatory damages owed to Texas for the frauds perpetuated against us?
I love the new map of the US. #texit
I’m tell you “Perla” is George Soros in disguise 🥸
