Illegals in Texas Shooting Police, Kidnapping Children, and Stealing Gift Cards
Illegals cause chaos 365 days a year.
Gimmigrant crime doesn’t take time off for Christmas, so we’ve put together a roundup of Texas’ worst.
Kidnapping of a 15-Year-Old on Christmas
A gimmigrant occupying the Houston area kidnapped a teen girl at knifepoint while walking her dog on Christmas. Her father is being celebrated after finding his daughter with her half-naked kidnapper using parental control apps. The family has stated they did not know this possibly illegal individual.
Giovanni Rosales Espinoza threatened a 15-year-old girl with a knife and kidnapped her from the street while she was out walking her dog.
Her father, noticing she had been gone for a long time, tracked her down and located her in a pickup truck with the partially nude Espinoza.
KBTX:
According to the sheriff’s office, the teen had gone out to walk her dog. When she did not return at her usual time, her parents used parental controls on her phone to locate her. Her father traveled to a secluded, partially wooded area in Harris County, nearly two miles from their home, and found his daughter and her dog inside a maroon pickup truck with a partially nude adult male.
While no news outlet is confirming whether or not Espinoza is a US citizen, Current Revolt ran Espinoza’s name and year of birth through voting records and was unable to locate anyone that matched.
Espinoza has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and indecency with a child and being held without bod in Montgomery County Jail.
Interestingly, the gimmigrant kidnapper is listed as white in his booking details.
This is especially curious because other gimmigrants from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are coded as races other than white. There are many examples as illegal gimmigrants have clearly inundated the area.
Mislabeling offenders’ race appears to be a systemic problem, as it completely undermines any serious analysis of crime in the country.
In fact, many people are saying this.
Very strange. Why are law enforcement agencies doing this?
Two Officers Shot by Illegal Who Overstayed His Visa
Despite an extensive criminal history and a previous deportation, 38-year-old Jose Arley Fernandez-Solano found his way back into our country and shot two police officers.
(Editors note: Why do they always have so many names?)
Police reported at least 20 previous calls for service to Solano’s address since 2024.
The Texas Municipal Police Association (TMPA) is calling out the Bexar County District Attorney for not doing their job properly and continuing to release Solano into the community despite a lengthy criminal record.
TMPA:
SHOCKING: ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Two Bexar County Sheriff Deputies were SHOT responding to a domestic violence call. They will recover, but this was 100% preventable.
The suspect had a violent criminal history, multiple DV arrests, active warrants, and 20+ prior calls for service, yet rogue prosecutors kept cutting him loose.
🚫 Not a law enforcement failure
✅ A rogue DA failure
When district attorneys refuse to prosecute violent offenders, cops and families pay the price.
This blood is on a broken system.
TMPA will keep calling it out until accountability is restored.
A happy ending to this story: Solano was shot and killed in his shootout with police.
Illegal Aliens Arrested in $14M Gift Card Fraud
Kristians Petrovskis, Romunds Cubrevics and Nurmunds Ulevicus were arrested this month on suspicion of a gift card fraud estimated at $14 million.
The Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation put out a statement last week detailing the scam. These three illegals were cloning gift cards from retail store kiosks. Two of the men are being held in Dallas County Jail and another remains in a Garland City jail. The men told investigators they steal gift card from 10 stores a day, seven days a week, and have been doing this since May of this year.
What TLR failed to mention in their two-page press release is that these men were illegal aliens from Latvia as reported by KCWX 2:
The three had over 400 gift cards in their possession when they were arrested. They’re being charged with fraudulent possession of gift cards which is a first-degree felony.
This is probably 1% of the illegal alien crimes we see across the state on a weekly basis.
Why can’t people understand that people who have committed crimes before have a higher probability of committing future crimes compared to people with no criminal history?
The state of Texas appears to be doing virtually nothing to address the issue, and when local law enforcement does make an arrest (after they have committed more crimes) the suspect is labeled as white. Not very helpful.

It shouldn’t be hard to rationalize that if you broke the law to get into the country, you’re not transformed into a paragon of virtue after you get here.
