Do we know the application developer who is working on this app? This has to be outsourced to someone, no way the federal government is building the app.

Craig Goldman is a despicable snake but the Kay Granger fans would love him to death. Says alot about her supporters all these years destroying their children's heritage without much deep thought and certainly no research whatsoever.
