Are you a struggling minority living well beyond your means? Democratic crook Lina Hidalgo has you covered.
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A social experiment could soon put millions of taxpayer money back into the hands of neighbors in the form of a guaranteed income pilot program.
For some Harris County neighbors, the idea of a monthly payment pilot program couldn't have come at a better time.
"A loaf of bread is almost $10," Demetria Davison said. "It's $6 and some change. You can't even get a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk with $10."
Demetria is right—$6 is almost $10.
Someone really ought to give Demetria a bunch of money for no reason. Maybe the government could do this?
You can't sign-up yet. Commissioners are voting to approve Tuesday using $20.5 million in federal funds in an income program. If approved, it'll target low-income neighborhoods.
You have to meet certain income requirements. You'll then be randomly selected.
If you are selected, you will receive $500 a month for a year and a half. County leaders said they chose that dollar amount so they could reach as many people as possible.
They chose that dollar amount because they are literally just buying votes with Covid stimulus money that must be obligated by the end of next year and spent by 2026.
Understand, a political subdivision of the state of Texas, the same government that refuses to protect our persons and property from worldwide miscreants flooding our border, is saying they will create prosperity by doing a random lottery for $500 a month. It can’t get any dumber than this.
County Commissioner Rodney Ellis did a press conference with Lina today to announce the program’s proposal, which will be voted on by the commission on Tuesday.
Ellis hilariously says they are creating this program “to realize Dr. Martin Luther King’s vision of a universal basic income.”
Of course, Martin Luther King (MLK) not only supported universal basic income, but also racial preferences in hiring for blacks. He was a Black Lives Matter radical.
Moronic conservatives who praise MLK are the lowest form of life. Often times, these are the same conservatives who supported the Covid lockdowns, and the fallout from the lockdowns is the justification for this new welfare lottery program. Cities across America are scrambling to spend gobs of Covid money before it expires—spending it just to spend it!
Lina Hidalgo has clearly been identified by the regime in Washington as the type of person to carry about its agenda of corruption and Critical Race Theory. She is increasingly appearing in Washington circles, clearly being groomed for leadership. They really like the idea of a foreigner bringing third world politics to America.
So yes, universal basic income is a libtard scam to take money from people who produce and give it to people who will use it to buy fast food. Living on welfare is another anti-social behavior promoted by the government, along with sexual promiscuity, divorce, drug use, homosexuality, the breakdown of national identity, and the abuse of governmental power by corrupt politicians. The reason the government promotes universal basic income is to further their agenda of exerting immoral control over the population. The reason people engage in anti-social behavior such as living on state welfare is that they no longer feel a duty to society—this is particularly true of immigrants like Lina Hidalgo who never had a sense of duty to American society to begin with.
It’s important to remember that this program’s funding and justification were made possible by Texas Republicans who were complicit in the Covid hoax of shutting everyone’s businesses and creating social chaos, empowering the growth of tyranny like nothing else in our lifetimes. That is something that deserves far worse than impeachment, quite frankly.
Someone should run against Lina on a platform of $750 a month.
As a black Houstonian, how do I sign up?
