We did it.
That’s right Gene!
This is America, Gene! In America, we live under Clarence Thomas’ law of “WHITE SUPREMACY!”
A majority of Americans approve of the Supreme Court ruling restricting the use of race as a factor in college admissions, though the country is more divided on other high-profile rulings and increasingly viewing the court as driven more by politics than the law, according to a new ABC News/Ipsos poll conducted using Ipsos' KnowledgePanel.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court set new limits on affirmative action programs in cases involving whether public and private colleges and universities can continue to use race as one factor among many in student admissions.
A little more than half of Americans -- 52% -- approve of the U.S. Supreme Court decision on restricting the use of race as a factor in college admissions, while 32% disapprove and 16% saying they don't know.
A majority of Republicans (75%) and independents (58%) approve of the ruling, while a distinct minority of Democrats approve (26%).
I’ve seen polling on this. It depends how you word the question.
This ruling probably won’t change much. Schools like Harvard are already in open defiance.
As a practical matter, affirmative action is the technical term for consciously purging white men from society. In Europe, they refer to this as “positive discrimination.”
Texas takes this discrimination to the extreme by granting businesses not owned by white men a competitive advantage while actively discriminating against white men by denying them the same privileges.
State law mandates that governments actively solicit business from anyone who is not a white man. This is a scam they call the “historically underutilized business” or HUB.
The law says a HUB is defined as an entity owned by an “economically disadvantaged person.”
Your actual financial situation is irrelevant as an “economically disadvantaged person” is defined solely as being someone who is not a white man!
This melanin/genitalia requirement is an aggressive form of affirmative action and adds a significant layer of bureaucracy to Texas government.
When a government in Texas purchases goods or services above a certain dollar amount, typically only a few thousand dollars, they are required by law to solicit quotes from anyone who is not a white man. The purpose is to discriminate against white men, and only white men. It appears to be a part of some kind of racial and sexual retribution agenda.
What could go wrong?
Will this law be repealed now?
State Representative Briscoe Cain [R-138] introduced a bill to end this type of discrimination based on race in Texas in the 88th legislative session. HB 5140 would remove race as being a determining factor on whether a business receives preferential treatment from the government.
Unfortunately, the House Republican Caucus is filled with simps and rabid feminists, and the proposed law kept all the advantages for women!
Is it conservative to incentivize women to contract with the government for specialized services by giving them advantages over men? Who will raise society’s children if all the women are running all these businesses?
Seems to me like that is a leftist, “permanent revolution” agenda.
But what do I know? I’m just a white guy.
Affirmative Action was a constant reminder to blacks that they are inferior to whites, hence, needed to be given preference when it came to jobs, education, political appointments, etc., because they were incapable of achieving anything without the help of white people. Now that AA has ended, we'll discover if that was true.
It would seem our whole govt system is a gigantic welfare system for non-whites and women.
