"Man of Color" Arrested Over Public Comments, Booked in Jail as White!
EJ Carrion Went In a Man of Color and Came Out White, Per Tarrant County
Fort Worth podcaster EJ Carrion got tossed from Tarrant County Commissioners Court on August 4 during the fight over cutting Election Day polling sites from 316 to 176. He said two curse words at the dais, and called Tim O’Hare a “small man” on the way out.
What he said was not particularly interesting. He just got all excited and started yelling profanities.
The arrest is different. A warrant a week later, served after 2 a.m. on a traffic stop, over the words he said at the podium!
That’s slightly more interesting.
But the real story is the booking sheet.
Listed as white? Curious.
Democratic Commissioner Roderick Miles Jr. spent the week disturbed over the arrest of "a man of color." Accoring to the county's computer and records they booked a white guy.
This actually seems to be a nationwide thing happening now.
