MANY PEOPLE ARE FOLLOWING
A possible solution to the political bubble problem.
Recently, I wrote an article covering the bad actors and shills on X and how many fell for their paid/promoted/shill posts. You can read that here.
One thing the corporate world taught me is to never complain about something without proposing a solution.
With that said, I’ve compiled a list of people I believe someone interested in TXLEGE should follow on X. This list will contain right-wing journalists, left-wing journalists, non-partisan journalists, right-wing commentators, left-wing commentators, media outlets from both sides of the aisle, non-partisan media, and other interesting accounts I believe a well-informed Texan should follow or would enjoy.
I often get told by people starting a new X account that they don’t know who to follow. This list can help.
Why just X and not other social media? Because the fastest news happens on X. Not Facebook. If you want to know what is going on in TXLEGE you have to be on X.
This will be an ever evolving list. I will forget to include some people just out of the sheer number of accounts so I apologize in advance if I forgot to include you! It’s also possible I may have wanted to include you on this list but thought you may not want to be on it.

Criteria to be included: Active on X, posts mostly about Texas, most posts are not just re-posts, account is not mostly consisting of just promoting a specific politician(s).
