Alamo Trust CEO Called to Resign for Far Left Ideology
How would you react if you learned that the woman responsible for the Alamo’s care holds strong anti-white and anti-American views?
On Thursday, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick urged Alamo Trust Inc. President and CEO Dr. Kate Rogers to resign after reports surfaced that her 2023 college dissertation contained extreme leftist, anti-white, and anti-American views.
The Alamo Trust is a non-profit organization in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Alamo as well as implementation of the $550 million Alamo redevelopment project.
Lt Gov Patrick discovered Rogers’ dissertation included overwhelmingly leftist talking points and items. We’ve highlighted below some of the more outrageous sections from her dissertation.
Page 2 - Supports teachers getting involved in culture wars.
”In the midst of a highly polarized political environment and the recovery from a global pandemic, social studies teachers in American classrooms are often on the front lines of the modern culture wars.”Page 9 - Complaining about White men and using the word “latinx”
“A study conducted by researchers from Stanford University in 2015 and 2017 revealed that almost all of the historical figures included in U.S. History textbooks in Texas were white men rather than people of color even though the state... has changed dramatically in recent years with now more than half, 52.4%, of an estimated 5.4 million students identified as Latinx.”Page 9-10 - Says social studies promoting patriotism is a problem and minorities benefit from non-patriotic teaching.
Page 100 - Complaining about White men again, saying that everything students study was written by white men.
”One of the things that became very clear to us is that it’s hard for a lot of people to see the 18th century beyond white men because they’re the people that are writing the documents that people are reading today.” (Note: Literacy rates worldwide for “people of color” outside of Asia in the 18th century was around 1-5%)Page 129-130 - Focused on diversity over merit. Rogers complains again about White teachers and promotes a plan to hire more non-Whites.
Page 22 - Says that Critical Race Theory should be taught in classrooms. Implies that America is fundamentally racist.
Page 79 - Expresses disdain for conservatives and complains about voter ID laws and pro-2A laws. Complains again about the inability to teach Critical Race Theory.
Page 34 - Frames anyone who opposes her ideas as doing “white nationalism.”
Page 39 - Blames “racism and Christianity” for the Holocaust and claims that portraying the Holocaust as a foreign event in museums lets visitors “leave with their traditional notions about what it means to be an American intact,” which Kate Rogers clearly views as a negative outcome.

Current Revolt reached out to Kate Rogers for comment but received none at the time of publishing.
Huffman Campaign Using Paid Poll Greeters
The John Huffman campaign is apparently struggling to find poll greeters for polling locations so it’s resorted to paying for help.
A video posted on Facebook from Keller Town Hall, people taking paid poll greeter gigs from the Huffman campaign are struggling with poll greeting.
Ads on Facebook also advertise paid poll greeting gigs.
Poll greeters are offered a rate of $12.50 per hour and paid via Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
The company behind the paid poll greeting is Lone Mountain Strategies, a Las Vegas (hmm) based company that deploys block walkers and political canvassers across the country.
