Rep. Bumgarner Wins So Bigly His Opponent Flees Country
For years, leftists have claimed they are leaving the country after a Republican win. The most recent Trump victory caused such a reaction among Democrats.
Google searches for "move to Canada" surged 1,270% in the 24 hours after U.S. East Coast polls closed on Tuesday, company data shows. Similar searches about moving to New Zealand climbed nearly 2,000% while those for Australia jumped 820%.
These threats to leave the US by Democrats are often empty and not followed through. Former Trump attorney, now never-trumper Michael Cohen, threatened to leave the country if Trump won but later changed his mind.
But it would seem Ben Bumgarner’s (R-HD63) win might have actually caused his Democrat opponent to leave the US…
