Texas Judge Gives $1,000 Donation to Tony Gonzales After Affair Scandal Went Mainstream
Sitting Texas Judge of the Eleventh Business Court Division in Houston, Grant Dorfman, gave a $1,000 donation to Tony Gonzales after news of Gonzales’ affair with his late staffer went mainstream.
Gonzales raised $37,500 yesterday in donations, with the majority of the donations coming from the state of California.
Judge Grant Dorfman was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott for the Eleventh Business Court Division in Houston and previously served as the Deputy First Assistant Attorney General for Ken Paxton from December 2020 to early 2024.
Dortman testified as a defense witness for Paxton during Paxton’s 2023 Senate impeachment trial, refuting whistleblower-related claims about settlements and office operations.
AUDIO: Collin County Commissioner Candidate Tells Voters He’s Related to Don Huffines
In an audio recording obtained by Current Revolt, Collin County Commissioner Candidate Woody Huffines and his wife tell a voter that they are related to the Don Huffines Family.
CR reached out to Woody Huffines who said he and Don Huffines are “sixth cousins” and claims the common ancestors of the two family branches were two brothers born around 1970.
Woody said he does not celebrate holidays or socialize with the Don Huffines family but when voters ask if he’s related to Don Huffines, he tells them they are.
Woody denies using the family connection for political gain and is only being “honest” with voters when asked. He recently released a Facebook video stating that Democrats also call him a pedophile.
CR reached out to the Don Huffines campaign for comment but did not receive a response.

Ms Warren shared the DNA results after Mr Trump challenged her at a July rally to take a test to prove her indigenous background.
The senator said the test found “strong evidence” of distant Native heritage six to 10 generations back.
