Welcome to “Many People Are Saying” our weekly paid-subscriber article where we feature rumors we’re hearing, inside gossip in the political world, and projects and pieces we’re working on that we haven’t published yet.
For Texans, our Friday stories are kind of a big deal.
This week we have additional videos from CPAC where a media-credentialed and famous Trump-related attendee tells a group of young boys to “suck a d*ck”, Texas Values is being cringe again, and our big scoop… very large auxiliaries and coalitions are in discussions to secede from the Republican Party of Texas.
CPAC Weirdo Says Not-So-Conservative Things at Conservative Conference
CPAC was last week, and if you missed our coverage of the disaster, you can check it out here:
Andre Soriano, known for being the fashion designer behind the famous Make America Great Again dress was given media credentials (no idea why) and was stumbling around in a very drunk and very gay way.
Andre ran into what seems like a group of young attendees who engaged in conversation with him.
Andre calls the kids “prudes” and that they are probably going to end up being “c*ck suckers” and that their salvation is in “sucking d*ck”.
Very profane stuff but pretty on brand for CPAC nowadays. Go figure.
Texas Values Picks Libertarian Atheist to Lead School Choice Charge
Texas Values has made another screw-up. In their push for school choice, they brought in CATO Institute hireling Corey DeAngelis.
Despite being tied with the CATO Institute, a very libertarian group openly calling for open borders (very seditious by the way) to advance monopolist’s profit margins (Rep. Matt Gaetz debunked all their claims), he also has past connections with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Judging by the current UNESCO Inclusive Policy Lab website’s lack of his name, and eyewitness sleuthing, his name MAY have been scrubbed.
Another question arises: why would an organization unabashedly catering to a Christian audience (Texas Values here), hire a professed Atheist to help lead part of their struggle?
Either the folks at Texas Values don’t vet those they associate with, or they really are just grifting off ill-informed voters to make money; judging by past endeavors, we lean toward the latter.
All that said, maybe the reason why school choice never gets done is because it’s more financially advantageous to whine about it than to actually fix the matter. Considering his UN ties, we may just get more indoctrination, and a sinister agenda could be afoot.
