Plano City Council Asks Planning and Zoning Commissioner to Resign

Asking the wrong questions often leads to unfortunate consequences. This might be the case with a recent incident in Plano.

Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Commissioner Bill Lisle was recently asked by Plano City Council Member Rick Horne to resign.

In a recorded conversation between Lisle and Horne, Horne states that Plano City Council, including the Mayor, wants Lisle to resign due to his inquiry into a specific P&Z job.
