Carroll ISD vs U.S. Department of Education

Previously, Carroll ISD (CISD) had filed a lawsuit blocking Biden’s Title IX changes, which would have effectively allowed males to play in female sports.

CBS News:

The Carroll school board voted unanimously to authorize the lawsuit challenging the Biden administration's "redefinition of sex in Title IX." The district also adopted a resolution denouncing the rule change, alleging the rule could "jeopardize the safety and well-being of students."

Last night, CISD board member Andrew Yeager announced on Facebook that the district secured a victory against the Biden administration.

This recent win for the ISD opens up the potential for other school districts to protect their students against the recent Biden administration changes.
