Is Someone at the Texas Office of the Attorney General Preventing an Investigation Into ActBlue?
There are 95 days until the 2024 election, and many who watch politics closely still have questions about how Joe Biden got 81 million votes without a fully functioning brain and without even campaigning. Fewer people are aware of an equally puzzling situation going on with donations to Democrat candidates. However, many are quickly becoming aware of what is alleged to be the latest scam in the Democrat Party’s 195-year history of scams.
Recently, Kamala Harris—who polled so poorly in the 2020 election (~1%) that she dropped out in December of 2019—was the recipient of $300 million in donations from the Democrat fundraising apparatus, ActBlue, an amount which attorneys general across the country began to ask questions about. (Like the 81 million voters you never see.)
James O’Keefe recently highlighted several people who had supposedly donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to ActBlue though this campaign. However, on camera, these individuals swore they made no such donations.
ActBlue has been accused of “smurfing,” a practice where they take large donations from mega-donors and break them down into tens of thousands of small individual donations. If the allegations are true, this means ActBlue is illegally inserting hundreds of millions of dollars into politics.
Despite repeated signs of smurfing, a form of election cheating, many Republicans in power have yet to investigate.
Several state attorneys general have announced investigations into ActBlue, including Missouri and Virginia.
So why isn’t our Texas State Attorney General looking into ActBlue?
Sources have told us that the Texas Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has been sitting on an investigation into ActBlue since January of this year, but the case has been stalled by First Assistant Brent Webster.
Our sources tell us that Attorney General Ken Paxton isn’t fully aware of the investigation, as Webster has been withholding information and updates. ActBlue has hired Paul Singer to represent them in Texas, who was recently the deputy in charge of civil litigation at the OAG and a friend of Brent Webster. We’ve been told Webster is withholding this information from AG Paxton to seek favor with the firm Singer works for as a sort of insurance policy for his next job when he leaves the Texas OAG.
Additionally, our sources tell us that the investigation into ActBlue was opened seven months ago, and ActBlue has been uncooperative. TX OAG staff has been unable to secure permission to move forward, even though they believe they have enough to file a case against ActBlue. Internal strife has been alleged in the OAG with many staff wondering why Webster is stalling this investigation into ActBlue which many feel is clearly a problem for Republicans and the American political system.
Many people are wondering when an investigation into ActBlue will finally begin. It seems that seven months ago, the Texas OAG could have begun their investigation and, provided a crime was found, potentially kept millions of illegal dollars from going into the hands of Democrats. Instead, Kamala’s coffers continue to be filled.
With other states’ AGs finally taking action, they leave Texas behind in embarrassment.
We hope to see the TX AG finally act before another election is stolen.
