Paul Davis Files ANOTHER Lawsuit Against Jeff Leach

We previously covered the failed lawsuit filed by Morgan McComb against Rep. Jeff Leach in which McComb now owes Leach over $100,000 in fees. The lawsuit, funded by The Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) and represented by Paul Davis, went awry when the fees seemed to exceed more than TNM was willing to fund. Additionally, Davis was hit with a $50,000 sanction!

Now, in what seems like a desperate attempt to overturn the ruling from the previous failed suit, Davis has filed a NEW suit against a handful of people including Leach, and a Judge alleging that everyone has conspired against him.
