Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo embarrassed herself yesterday in Commissioners Court where many people are asking if her dosage of happy meds need tweaking.
In a video posted by Urban Reform (a must-follow for Houston residents), Hidalgo can be seen going on unhinged rants, using children as political tools, interrupting her colleagues, and waving around signs.
Rep. Tom Oliverson, who is also a doctor, posted on X saying he believed she was bipolar and under medicated.
Hidalgo was later censured for her behavior in a 3-1 vote. You can read the longer story of her public breakdown here.
Guy Announces His Run for Office…3 Years in Advance
Brandon Burden, the “Lead Prophet” for KingdomLife Church in Frisco, announced his run for House District 67….3 years in advance.
Yes, you read that correctly. Burden announced his run for office in the 2028 primary.
