Texas A&M Report on Alleged Pedo Cabal Released
Recently, spiritual abuse watchdog XA & The Lions Den released Texas A&M’s Title IX report on Chi Alpha Ministries, a campus ministry connected to the Assemblies of God denomination. The “ministry” has a notable presence at Texas A&M, and other Texan universities.
The full report can be viewed here, but the case revolves around alleged perverts Alexander Owens, Otto Randolph, Ryan Hoffart, William Johnson, and convicted pedophile Dan Savala (who for some reason was allowed in Chi Alpha.) The lengthy report documents evidence, exhibits, interrogations, and also a lawsuit against the alleged abusers.
As you read above, John Doe was only 13 years old when this happened. According to some, this was merely an “isolated incident.” The report is full of redacted names, and exhibits and accusations leveled from all involved parties. However, the incident was damning enough that the involved men were arrested for indecency with a child.

Three men named in a lawsuit filed in Harris County involving Chi Alpha Campus Ministries and the Assemblies of God have been arrested by the Brazos County Sheriff’s office for indecency with a child by exposure.
William Johnson, 23; Ryan Hoffart, 25; and Otto Randolph, 30, bonded out of the Brazos County Detention Center shortly after being arrested this week. Online records show the offense they were charged for took place on June 1, 2022. Court documents obtained by KBTX Thursday show an additional person named along with those being charged is Alexander Owens.
Investigators say the four men exposed their genitals to a 14-year-old child when they were members of the Mountain Valley Fellowship Church in Brazos County and Chi Alpha in College Station.
Johnson and Randloph are both charged with Indecency with a Child by Exposure with bonds each set at $25,000. Investigators say one incident of exposure happened at Johnson’s apartment in June of 2022.

The lawsuit accuses the group of men of “dry humping” the survivor. Chi Alpha members are also said to have “showed... their testicles or anuses” to the boy, “pushed [his] face into [Chi Alpha members’] crotches and made sexual noises and pulled [his] pants down,” and “played a game called ‘Fire Truck’ where [Chi Alpha members] would rub their hands on [the survivors] thighs and into his crotch.
For those wondering, Alexander Owens was later caught. The case involving these alleged aspiring pederasts is still ongoing.
To make matters worse, a convicted pedophile named Dan Savala was involved.
