This week we have rumors of a Tarrant County executive director moving homes to run for office, an update on the Fort Worth school stabbing, and a Harris County Cop is in horny jail after a sex trafficking sting.
Tarrant County GOP Director Moving Homes to Run for Office?
Many people are saying that the current Executive Director for the Tarrant County GOP is moving homes in order to run in HD 91, Stephanie Klick’s current district.
He also takes an excessive amount of selfies and puts his weird logo on everything. Prospective candidate behavior or just weirdo? People are wondering.
Rumors are abound after his family member was at a True Texas Project meeting telling attendees that he was purchasing an apartment near the NRH20 water park in HD91 in order to run after Klick retires next election.
This is an interesting move since during the Republican primary, many people falsely accused David Lowe of moving into the district to run. Now it seems this might actually be the case with the Tarrant GOP Exec Director.
Several people reached out to us to say he’s claiming that he’s just “moving back home” and that he’s refused to deny that he will run for office.
Others are questioning whether this is a conflict of interest considering his position in the Tarrant GOP.
Update on Fort Worth School Stabbing
Yesterday we attended the juvenile hearing for the student accused of stabbing another student in the back at Boswell High.
We’re not going to get into explicit details, but the student accused of the stabbing comes from an unfortunate family situation and currently has guardians that very seemed to care for his well-being. One his guardians hinted that there was potentially bullying involved which may have been the trigger for the outburst.
The judge stated that the students background made him want to release the student but he ultimately made the decision to hold the student due to the seriousness of the crime and the potential danger to those around him. The student was also expelled from school.
We think there’s more to this story and situation and we’ll be keeping an eye on developments.
Harris County Cop in Horny Jail After Sex Trafficking Sting
One man had a wild night; just not the way he planned. In a Montgomery County sex trafficking sting, the Harris County Constable’s (Precinct 5) Chief Deputy Brian Harris was arrested on charges of soliciting prostitution.
