Meme Drop: 3rd Special Session Edition

We are currently in the thick of the third special session of the 88th Texas Legislature. Yes, this is the third one.
This one will be more conservative than all the other sessions before it.
It’s incredible how little these “Republicans” are capable of getting done. Republicans have full control of every level of government in Texas. They have had this overwhelming position of power since 2008. At this point we should be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for conservative legislative priorities. Instead, we can barely get them to ban trans surgeries on children.
The legislature is given 20 months to plan the session and then they can’t seem to get anything done until the last week of the regular session.
If they can tell that conservatives are upset when they failed to deliver on conservative priorities, the Governor has to call infinity special sessions to address everything Republicans campaigned on, but didn’t do.
I guess they’re all just wandering around Austin looking for a BBL and a Patty Melt like Senator Schwerter.
