The letter, sent to Texas Republican officials, argues that US border security and law should take a back seat to their citizens crossing into our country illegally.
The Mexican senator offers to meet with Texas Republicans in Mexico to discuss border policy.
Maybe Mexico should do more to discourage their citizens from coming to our country illegally before trying to dictate US policy.
