Is the leadership of Prosper ISD intentionally colluding in rampant sexual impropriety? Well, the president of the Prosper ISD school board was arrested for allegedly molesting a child this week, CBS News reports.
The president of the Prosper ISD school board has been arrested and charged with indecency with a child/sexual contact.
Drew Wilborn, 43, was arrested late Wednesday afternoon by the Dallas Police Department. His bail has been set at $50,000.
CBS News continues,
Dallas police said they received information on April 14, 2022, regarding a 16-year-old being inappropriately touched by Wilborn, who was an executive pastor at Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.
An investigation determined the crime occurred and a warrant was obtained for Wilborn. While the investigation was happening, Wilborn was placed on leave and suspended. Since then, Wilborn was terminated from his position within the church.
Prosper ISD spokespersons said they didn’t believe any of the children involved were from the school district itself. That would be more comforting if this weren’t the same district that failed to inform parents about their children riding on a bus driven by Frank Paniagua, who allegedly molested a 5 and 7 year old more than 100 times last year on his bus while driving them home. Fox 4 reports,
…a lawsuit was filed against prosper ISD claiming the district failed to protect two sisters from a sexually abusive bus driver.
"How many things have to be swept under the rug before the reputation comes second to our children’s wellbeing," one parent said.
One parent identified herself as having a son also on the same bus.
"Why was I never contacted," she said. "My child could’ve come in contact with a child molester."
The lawsuit claims Prosper ISD employees missed clear signs of abuse and claims the district tried to keep the allegations out of the media.
It states Paniagua assaulted the two elementary students, 5 and 7 at the time, every morning they rode the bus totaling more than 100 times last school year. According to the lawsuit, surveillance video caught the abuse.
Prosper mother Hillary Morabito says parents were never notified of the allegations or Paniagua’s arrest until she learned about the lawsuit last week three months after the district and police launched an investigation.
100 times!
It gets worse, WFAA reports:
The girls, identified in the lawsuit only as Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2, say, Paniagua, over the course of an entire school year, would assault them after all other students left the bus.
The lawsuit claims he "systematically ensured Jane Doe 1 was the last student off the bus so he could assault her at the back of the bus for three to five minutes every morning that she was on his bus."
"Every part of these kids got explored by this man's hands. Every part," McCathern said.
"This abuse occurred every day the girls were on the bus, and they were on the bus three to four times a week for nine months," said attorney Kristin Hecker.
"We also know he took the bus places and parked it for extended periods of time and assaulted these children," McCathern said. "We have some now that are coming forward that he parked this bus for an hour."
Texas Scorecard comes in clutch with this icing on the cake:
The girls’ mother also says Superintendent Holly Ferguson suggested she keep quiet “so as not to attract media attention to her family or Prosper ISD staff.”
At this point, you’re wondering what everyone is: What is going on in Prosper ISD? Hold that thought. That same day, Texas Scorecard’s Erin Anderson tweeted this:
Oh yeah, hots for teacher indeed…
This math teacher was also doing porn. Like, a lot of porn.
What the hell is going on in these schools? This is just one district in the past few days. The problem appears to be widespread.
Bus drivers assaulting kids on the schoolbus on camera (with what has to be GPS data confirming to took them off route to rape more), the superintendent begging parents not to talk to media about it and failing to inform other parents whose kids rode on the same bus, the school board president getting arrested for molesting a 16 year old, and a teacher with an Only Fans (this almost seems wholesome in comparison).
These trusted institutions are involved in online prostitution, diddling kids, and covering it all up. This situation leaves us with two possibilities: either your kids are cared for by retarded adults who can’t even do something as basic as check the cameras on a bus constantly going off route, or they are actively protecting these freaks. I think we both know the answer to that.
There are three groups of people who are involved in this: The abusers themselves, the enablers who just don’t want to see the system damaged or defamed, and the cowards who know but lack the spine to do anything about it. With or without direct communication, these three will collude indefinitely while the physical and psychological rape of children is covered up.
Either take your kids out of public schools, or really push hard to force these people out of office. Until you shut the door, the fox is going to keep getting in the henhouse.
Now, if only there was an easy way to spot perverts and freaks.
Wait….
Perhaps the issues isn’t as complicated as you think.
Texas is becoming the ground zero for all these immoralities, is hard to watch. and to think most people outside of Texas think we have such a "macho" culture, is bullshit. Drag queens all over the place and the so-called Christian right don't do anything about it. is pathetic how we got conquered with rainbows and unicorns.
Public executions for ALL of them. That's the answer.
