Apologies to many who have attempted to reach me in the last two weeks. A fourteen hour time difference, jet lag, and family time, has made it difficult to get back with many who messaged me.
But I am back. I took my annual weeks long trip to Japan to visit family, friends, and also check out a small piece of Texas in Tokyo.
Yes, those are all photos from a bar in Tokyo, Japan. Kind of wild. The owner was even named an honorary Texan from Gov. Rick Perry!
They served country fried steak, which was quite welcome after a long run of Japanese food.

Collin County Republican Executive Committee “Reprimands” Rep. Matt Shaheen
Last night the Collin County Republican Executive Committee passed a resolution “reprimanding” Texas State Representative Matt Shaheen.
When asked if this resolution has any teeth or does anything, Current Revolt was told it’s mostly “just words.”
When its campaign time, all Texas Republicans expound on their conservative values. If you want to know the truth, watch their VOTING record.

Matt Shaheen is just another Democrat masquerading as a Republican. This is extremely common in the Texas legislature. The question is, "Why do we keep electing these people????" They are turning Texas blue. If that happens, America will become a one-party country.
