United CEO Caught Sneaking Flights on American Airlines
DailyMail is reporting that United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby was caught sneaking onto a American Airlines flight out of DFW Airport.
DailyMail:
United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby was spotted today taking a flight operated by his company’s main rival, American Airlines.
Photos show the high-flying executive as he was boarding an American Airlines flight from Dallas-Forth Worth Airport to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas - and then deplaning in Houston.
The controversial sight sparked questions about whether the global airline boss has somehow lost faith in his own company’s fleet.
This is especially funny considering Kirby has spent a substantial time attacking American Airlines.
Kirby has repeatedly claimed United has achieved premier airline status while American has fallen short. He reinforced this perspective at Tuesday morning’s JP Morgan investor conference, speaking just before Isom.

Scott Kirby iirc used to be the CEO of AA before Robert Isom. He still lives in Dallas and basically commutes back and forth from DFW and Chicago.
