Current Revolt Responds to Rep. Capriglione’s Legal Threat
On July 23rd, Current Revolt received a text message from an attorney representing Texas House Representative Giovanni Capriglione. The text threatened suit for a story CR had yet to publish at the time.
In response to Rep. Capriglione’s legal threat, Current Revolt secured elite Texas counsel, including Tim Davis of Jackson Walker, Tony Buzbee, and Mitch Little.

Court of Appeals Clears Way for Frederick Frazier’s Defamation Suit
In a statement released by former State Representative Frederick Frazier, the Dallas Court of Appeals has affirmed the trial court's denial of Paul Chabot's motion to dismiss Frazier’s defamation lawsuit.
