The Flock open records requests continue to pour in, and the problem is now obviously far worse than anyone imagined.
In part two, we noted that Bedford was withholding its camera map data based on an Attorney General letter with an interesting sentence on the last page:
“must not be relied upon as a previous determination regarding any other information or any other circumstances.”
Many people are saying you should read the whole letter before using it. Reader Justin Hadley quoted that sentence back to Bedford and asked the city to get a ruling on his actual request.
Two days later, Bedford sent him a newer letter from someone else’s request. Same sentence at the end! His fee also went from $1,839 to $75. Apparently there was some room to work there LOL.
Meanwhile, Forney has taken the lead by asking for $33,453!
The city quoted 111,510 minutes of labor in a single line item. That’s almost an entire working year for one employee. They got the same 9 questions!
They want every dime up front, exact cash or check only! As the reader points out, this is about the price of a new Honda Civic Si.
Another reader sent us the city of Kaufman’s entire Flock file. Apparently this required no lawyers or advanced math.
It includes the presentation police gave the city council, with THREE slides titled “Proposed Flock Camera Locations.” Maps and everything. Bedford has now collected three Attorney General letters to keep this same information secret.
The city pays $24,000 a year for eight cameras, with catalytic converter grant money covering 80 percent. That would be the same grant program the Governor froze in August.

Ken Paxton Locks in Trans Vote. Staffer Says Trans Women ARE Women
Last weekend Ken Paxton touted an endorsement from a right-wing internet figure who was a former felon and current transsexual individual.
In 2020, Worthy ran for office in TX-13 where they received 748 votes in a 100,349 vote race. In 2020 she told Times Record News she was unemployed and pleaded guilty to felony theft charges.
She pleaded guilty to felony theft charges twice, serving 183 days in jail in 2009 and 98 days in jail in 2008, according to court records. Both offenses she was convicted of occurred in 2008.
Worthy is a transexual who is biologically a man but dresses as a woman:
When users on X began questioning whether Worthy was actually a real person, Senior Advisor to Ken Paxton stated that Worthy was in fact a real person and respected Worthy’s pronouns as a she/her” despite Worthy being biologically a man:

But hey it’s a heated election, Republicans will take all the votes they can get.

In the fallout of the so-called “French and Indian War”, when Republican Nominee for Railroad Commissioner Bo French posted a not-so-nice pic of presumed H1Bs at UT Stadium, many Republicans bashed French for so-called “racism.”
In unearthed video, Democrat Rep. Jon Rosenthal, who’s running against French, praised communism as peaceful “in its purest form.” This blathering occurred during debate on SB 24, which simply wanted Texas children educated on the horrors inflicted by communist regimes, which Rosenthal likely wants repeated here considering he was one of only 13 to vote against the bill.
Democrat Texas State Rep Jon Rosenthal, who is running against Bo French for TexasRailroad Commissioner, voted against a bill in 2025 that requires teaching about the dangers of communist regimes in public schools, arguing that communism is “pacifist.”
In a resurfaced clip during arguments over amendments for SB 24, Rosenthal said that the bill needed to be broadened “and not just talk about communism in isolation of that word, but connect it to totalitarian regimes, because communism in its purist form, in its own form, is pacifist.” Rosenthal ultimately voted against the bill.
The bill, which was passed and signed into law in 2025, requires that schools adopt age-appropriate lessons for grades 4 and up regarding “the history of and tactics used by communist movements in the United States,” “historical events and atrocities attributable to communist regimes” such as Mao’s Cultural Revolution and the Soviet-era Great Terror, the “oppression and suffering experienced by people living under communist regimes,” and how communism spreads in the modern era, among other topics.
In a nutshell, if the long bloviated about “Blexas” happens, Texas will have a known communist sympathizer on the Railroad Commission.
In today’s Texas, politically incorrect social media posts will get you mauled by your own co-partisans, but you can praise a murderous, soul-crushing ideology and not receive a single rebuke from your own party.
Also, no House Republicans who condemned French’s tweet gave at least an equal bashing of Rosenthal’s record. Since when did Texas Republicans think pearl-clutching was such a virtue, that electing a communist was preferable?
