Mystery PAC With Out-of-State Funding Pushes Local Slate
Campaign filings reveal Ohio-linked PAC behind local voter guide.
A mysterious new PAC, backed by a three-time failed Plano City Council candidate, has raised concerns after citizens discovered it was funded by an out-of-state PAC.
Collin County Conservatives, a PAC that seemingly popped up out of nowhere, began suddenly pushing a slate card highlighting specific HD races and precinct chair spots:
Colleen Epstein is listed as the PAC’s treasurer. Many in Collin County recognize Epstein because she has run for Plano City Council three times and has lost every time, despite being endorsed by pretty much everyone in the county:
The PAC’s voter guide features a long list of endorsements, including highlighting very specific precinct chair races.
The voter guide was handed out by Rep. Keresa Richardson and her team at a polling location recently:
Which makes sense considering Richardson’s District Director is married to one of the only two people funding the PAC publishing the voter guide:
The only other group funding Collin County Conservatives PAC is Lone Star Liberty PAC, an Ohio based Super PAC:
We reached out to Epstein for more details behind the mysterious PAC, she did not respond to calls or texts. It looks like she’s fully committed to running forever though:

Without the dogged efforts of those intrepid, truth-seeking reporters at Current Revolt, who would have thought that such scandalous activity was occurring in the Collin County Republican party?
Here are the scandals that they just uncovered regarding a new “mystery” GOP PAC named Collin County Conservatives:
o This PAC has received contributions from a conservative PAC registered in Ohio (but whose funding came mostly from Texas donors). Up until this revelation, no other conservative GOP PACs in Texas had ever received funding from other out of state conservative PACs.
o This new mysterious PAC:
- Had “seemingly popped up” out of nowhere and was pushing a specific slate of Collin County HD and precinct chairs candidates. No other PACs have ever done that.
- Had flyers that were being handed out by conservative GOP Texas Representative Keresa Richardson and her team at a polling location, which is unprecedented.
- Had a treasurer that:
* Was a three-time failed candidate. Most candidates should quit well before the third try.
* Looks like she is fully committed to running forever and, like President Lincoln, does not know when to quit.
* Has the same last name as that scandalous reprobate, Jeffery Epstein. No one with that last name should be doing anything in politics; it is just simpler that way.
After reading this post, I wondered if it was purposely written as sarcasm or if a democrat wrote it.
