Proposed TX Law praised as “Green New Deal of Rape”
From the brilliant mind that brought you Forever Infinity Vaccines for Experimenting on Grandma (FIVE-G), comes Donna Howard’s latest hit, the Rape Accusation Program Employee for You (RAPEY) Act.
The bill’s author, Donna Howard, is a brave Democrat who believes in science.
“Dead Grandma Donna” has introduced a bill in the Texas House that would create a new civil right — the right to have someone assist you in accusing a man of unauthorized hanky panky.
Clearly, there are no conflicting interests involved with Donna, as this is not something that is going to personally happen to her. She is truly the embodiment of the public servant.
The first thing the law would do is prohibit polygraph examinations during the course of the investigation into believing women.
Polygraph examinations are not admissible in court, so these are used purely to help law enforcement in their own investigations.
Perhaps these cops haven’t heard of a little something called “believe women?”
Believe Women is a religion that came about in 2018 in response to the gang rape of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford by Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Stephen Breyer, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Elena Kagan.
Ultimately in the case of Dr. Ford, the system was shown to be broken, as literally nobody believed the woman but a handful of women.
That’s where Donna Howard comes in.
The RAPEY Act will guarantee the right of rapee’s to have a “sexual assault program advocate” to assist in building a case against the raper.
It’s like having a lawyer with you, helping you accuse someone else of a crime.
Several people on Twitter falsely repeated the conspiracy theory that the bill is racist.
What could go wrong?
