Paxton Divorce Case Files
A whole lotta nothin'
Back in September, several media outlets and groups sued to have the records unsealed in the divorce of Senator Angela Paxton and Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Angela Paxton filed for divorce in July on “biblical grounds” and accused her husband of adultery. The divorce petition noted that the couple had stopped living together more than a year ago. The case was sealed shortly after the divorce was filed at the request of the Paxtons.
In September, watchdog group Campaign for Accountability and several media outlets filed a motion to have the records unsealed.

Both parties agreed to unseal the records last week. Current Revolt is providing the full copy of the records here:
There’s hardly anything interesting in the filings. Most of the file released just contained motions from media outlets asking for the records to be unsealed and the back and forth associated with those filings.
Although it did show AG Ken Paxton’s response to the divorce filing by Sen. Angela Paxton where Ken Paxton issued a general denial of all claims.
On Saturday, DailyMail published photos alleged to be of Ken Paxton and his Christian Influencer mistress Tracy Duhon at a ski resort in Aspen, Colorado:
Also in the files is Angela Paxton’s original petition for divorce which does request exclusive use of the property they own in McKinney while the case is pending. It should be noted this was filed in July.
However, it may be possible that this request was not awarded as AG Ken Paxton is still registered to vote at the McKinney address and also voted at that address as recently as November 4th of this year. Current Revolt reached out to AG Paxton’s team who confirmed that the McKinney address was his home and that his belongings were there.
Fox interviewed family law attorney Jennifer Hargrave who said that the Paxtons agreeing to unseal the divorce case records likely indicates a settlement may be on the horizon. These discussions would be private and not available to the public, much to the dismay of many media outlets.
Last weekend, AG Ken Paxton was at Turning Point USA’s AMFest convention where he was a keynote speaker. You can watch his speech here:
