Plano Municipal Court Still Requiring Masks
Why? Nobody else in Texas is.
It’s been 902 days since 7 days to stop the spread and most of the world has realized a diaper over your mouth won’t protect you or others from a glorified cold. Even libtards have stopped wearing them.
But, despite all of the science, studies, and common sense which show masks don’t do anything, the Plano Municipal Court continues requiring masks and temperature checks in their courts.
A Plano citizen informed us that the local municipal court is actively enforcing mask usage and temperature checks as recently as yesterday. There are no exceptions to this rule for those with vaccination proof either.
The logic behind the rule and its enforcement is idiotic and troublesome, particularly as this is coming from a court.
We reached out to the municipal court office this morning and were told the order is coming directly from Cheif Judge Don Stevenson.
Staff we spoke to at the court stated they don’t have much choice in the matter when it comes to the masks and temperature checks. We asked if Judge Stevenson has any plans or any firm date on ending the mask wearing, we were told nobody knew.
We imagine this is a case of the judge enforcing his own personal views on unwilling staff and citizens of Plano. Good news for Plano citizens is that Judge Stevenson is retiring.
Maybe the new incoming Judge, Paul McNulty, will have a bit more common sense. Otherwise it’ll be out with the old and in with the same “McNutty” requirements for the last 2 years.
