Republican’s Ex-wife says Husband Pointed To Own Anal Bleeding to Downplay Sexually Assaulting Her
“I’m a stallion” his alleged defense.
Court documents obtained by Current Revolt contain serious allegations of family violence and sexual assault against conservative candidate William Ralph Patterson for HD 56.
William Ralph Patterson, former Chairman of the McLennan County Republican Party and former State Republican Executive Committeeman, had a protective order filed against him by his then-wife in 2018. The order alleges that Patterson forced himself on his wife sexually after she declined his advances due to pain and injuries from radiation treatment for cervical cancer.
The application for the protective order further alleges that William Ralph Patterson would force his wife to perform oral sex on him:
Patterson’s then-wife further stated that, on the night of their 37th wedding anniversary, Ralph Patterson forced himself on her sexually, causing her to bleed:
Ralph Patterson would allegedly downplay the injury by stating he’s had more blood come out of his a**hole.
Patterson’s then-wife further stated that she made an appointment to see a doctor for her injuries; the doctor then arranged for her to see a gynecologist, who performed a sexual assault exam:
According to the protective order, Patterson’s then-wife alleged that this was not the first incident in which Patterson had forced himself on her sexually, and that she had begged him not to force himself on her:
Patterson then allegedly used what many describe as the Stickland defense for his actions:
Current Revolt reached out to Ralph Patterson by phone for comment where he provided an email address to contact him. Despite an email and several follow-up text messages, Current Revolt received no response to inquires surrounding the allegations and court documents.
Patterson has been endorsed by True Texas Project:
Many people are wondering how Patterson got past basic vetting practices.
Patterson’s campaign finance report shows $51,100 raised with $50,000 coming from Christopher Ekstrom, a conservative activist who, according to KWTX, recently moved to Florida.
Five weeks ago Patterson seemed to allude that this story coming out was proof that the incumbent, Rep. Pat Curry is scared of him:
Is this story proof that Pat Curry’s downfall is imminent? We will continue to monitor the situation.

Good God almighty! Force is force and has no place in any relationship. I’m always amazed how people who have this sort of DOCUMENTED behavior in their past (recent or not) assume it will never come to light and therefore they can lie to the people and get their votes (and money). Delusional as well as abusive.
Thank you for reporting on this Tony.
