(STILL) Monitoring the Situation (11/25/25)
Lobbying firm CEO accused of sexual assault and True Texas Project endorsements.
Situations keep popping up and we continue monitoring them for you.
Tony Buzbee Announces Suit Against CEO of Texas Association of Business
Last Friday, November 21st, Tony Buzbee announced he was representing a Jane Doe in a lawsuit against an unnamed individual who was part of an influential lobbying firm in Austin.
That individual was finally named as Glenn Hamer, President & CEO of the Texas Association of Business (TAB).
Hamer describes himself as a Jewish guy from the Bronx who met his wife at an AIPAC conference. Before arriving in Texas, Hamer was the President and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce where he promoted wokeism and Floydism in 2020. Hamer said that the “murder” of George Floyd was a “turning point” in America.
According to the suit, Hamer is alleged to have used his position, influence, and connections to attempt to engage in an unwanted sexual relationship with a woman who was much younger than him.
Hamer, who is married with three children, allegedly stalked the young Jane Doe throughout hotels, barefoot in his pajamas, and retaliated against the woman when she denied his advances by turning friends and business contacts against her and the company she was in charge of running.
Adam Loewy noticed yesterday that Hamer once testified in favor of a law that would have limited the rights of sexual assault victims when they sued their perpetrator, including capping damages.
TAB eventually released the following statement:

True Texas Project Endorses Mayes Middleton for Attorney General
Aaron Reitz and Reitz supporters were up in arms on X yesterday when True Texas Project (TTP) announced an endorsement for Mayes Middleton for Texas Attorney General.
Reitz released a seven-page response to the endorsement on his X that we couldn’t be bothered to read because it was seven pages long. If you want you can read it here.
This wouldn’t be the first time True Texas Project had a rather controversial endorsement. In 2022 True Texas Project unanimously endorsed Louie Gohmert against Ken Paxton for Attorney General.

Do some digging on how Middleton “won” his senate race. Cpt. Seth Keshel has the numbers.
