Suspicious Congressional Candidate Accused of Bigamy Has Multiple Aliases
"She's always hiding and someone is always pissed at her."
A Republican challenger for Congressman Dan Crenshaw has a suspicious past that includes no less than nine different aliases, a past arrest for spousal abuse, and may still even be married to an Indian man overseas.
Ava “Krisiann” Zolari, whose legal name is likely Kristen Ann Oberg, filed a statement for candidacy to run against Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw. Crenshaw, often disliked for his moderate views, has faced many primary opponents over the years.
Users on X, including Houston radio show host Kenny Webster, became suspicious of Zolari’s run for office when she would become defensive over basic questions surrounding her identity or past.
Users noticed inconsistencies with Zolari’s claims and that many of the photos she posted on her X timeline were AI-generated, including her profile picture as seen above. When Zolari was asked questions surrounding her name, she often gave inconsistent answers and would not answer questions surrounding her past. In the picture below, she states that her legal name is “Ava Zari.”
When Kenny Webster began raising questions surrounding Zolari’s run, she accused the radio host of being associated with BlackRock and Vanguard and then tagged him when someone asked about assaulting him.
Current Revolt learned that Ava Zolari, whose legal name is believed to be Kristen Ann Oberg, has gone by at least 9 different names.
Kristen Ann Oberg - Her legal name according to family members and recent court documents.
Kristen Ann Hudson - Name used when married to her husband out of California.
Krisiann Ceasar/Ceaser - Used different spellings of Caesar on social media at one point.
Kristen Ann Singh - Name when married to Jasman Singh who she is potentially still married to.
Krisiann Kaur - A name used in a wedding photo with Jasman Singh.
Kristen Ann Ravizza - Name when married to Robert Ravizza, believed to be her most recent marriage.
Kristen Ann Zolari - A name she began recently using online and is no longer using.
Ava Zari - A name she used online, as seen above.
Ava Zolari - The most recent name she’s using.
For the sake of consistency and this article, Current Revolt will refer to Kristen Ann Oberg as Ava Zolari, as that is the name she is using during her campaign for political office. Court documents we’ve obtained, as well as family, have confirmed to Current Revolt that her legal/birth name is Kristen Ann Oberg.
“I’ve been waiting for Dateline to call me for years…”
Current Revolt contacted Ava Zolari’s sister, Michelle, who spoke to us on record regarding her relationship and past interactions with Ava Zolari.
When asked about Zolari’s use of multiple names, Michelle told us that Zolari had been using multiple aliases in order to hide her past from people. Michelle also stated that the name Ava that Zolari is now using may come from the name of their great-grandmother named Octavia but went by the nickname “Ava.”
“She’s always hiding; there’s always someone pissed off or after her for money.”
Michelle alleged that at one point, when she and Zolari were together, Michelle had noticed that Zolari had multiple ATM or debit cards with Indian last names that she believed belonged to men she had formerly been married to. Michelle stated that Zolari dismissed her when she questioned the ATM cards.
Indian Marriage
At one point, Zolari was married to a man named Jasman Singh in India.
A court filing out of California shows that in 2017, Zolari, known as Kristen Ann Singh at the time, attempted to nullify her divorce with Jasman Singh.
The current status of the filing shows a dismissal due to lack of prosecution in September of 2024. Legal experts we spoke to stated this may mean that Zolari was still married to Jasman Singh during her most recent marriage in Texas. Bigamy in Texas is classified as a third-degree felony.
Several individuals we spoke to alleged that Zolari had also been married to an additional Indian man, although we were unable to locate court documents corroborating this claim.
Zolari often cites herself as a domestic violence survivor when she talks about her past. On social media as well as in comments given to Current Revolt, Zolari states that her experience as a survivor of domestic violence is being weaponized against her whenever people question her past.
We obtained court documents regarding two different marriages involving Zolari. In one case, Zolari herself was cited for domestic violence; in another, the charge for domestic violence against her husband was dismissed.
California
Prior to her marriage to Singh, Zolari was married to a firefighter out of California by the last name of Hudson.
Current Revolt obtained police records showing that Zolari, known as Kristen Ann Hudson at the time, was arrested for spousal abuse in 2007.
Divorce records show that while Zolari was granted temporary restraining orders against her husband, permanent restraining orders were denied by the court due to insufficient evidence. The court did not find that Zolari was a victim of domestic violence.
Texas
“She ain’t ever been a victim of anything.”
Zolari would later arrive in Texas, where, at a time, she worked for a church doing media content. An individual familiar with Zolari’s hiring at the church spoke to Current Revolt under promise of confidentiality for fear of revenge by Zolari. This individual alleged that Zolari had initially impressed church leadership with her graphic design, but leadership would later learn that Zolari was caught up in lies and fraud regarding past marriages and business dealings. Leadership had allegedly approached Zolari about her past and then severed ties with her as they believed she had been hired under false pretenses.
It was alleged that Zolari later threatened suicide and was committed to a local hospital. The individual we spoke to further alleged that Zolari had never actually been a realtor and was only just an assistant to a realtor despite claims by Zolari to Current Revolt that she had been a realtor and was introduced to politics through her work in realty.
Zolari would later meet and become married to Robert Ravizza, a Houston fireman. Ravizza had been a responding fireman in the Andrea Yates murders in 2001. It is possible that Zolari was still married to Singh when she was married to Ravizza.
Zolari, known as Kristen Ann Ravizza at the time, would one day call the police on Robert Ravizza, claiming he had physically assaulted her. Police would arrive and arrest Ravizza.
Current Revolt spoke to Robert Ravizza who alleges that his left eye orbital area was fractured when being arrested by police due to Zolari’s 911 call.
At the time, Ravizza was arrested and charged with family violence. Ravizza told Current Revolt he never assaulted Zolari, court documents indicate his charge was dismissed.
2023 Divorce records show that the court ordered Zolari to have her name changed back to Kristen Ann Oberg. This is believed to be her most recent and legal name.
Robert Ravizza told Current Revolt that upon court order to move out of his home, Zolari had heavily damaged the property including breaking out windows. Ravizza claims the divorce with Zolari cost him around $200,000.
Filing For Office
Zolari’s FEC filing for congress lists a PO Box which appears to be part of the Texas Attorney General’s Address Confidentiality Program for individuals who are survivors of family violence, sexual assault, etc.
Zolari, during her marriage with Hudson, was granted a temporary protective order, so this may have been enough to qualify for this address confidentiality program. We were unable to locate any documents confirming Zolari was a victim of domestic violence. As seen above, we only found a police report where it alleges that Zolari herself was arrested for spousal abuse in 2007. Other claims of abuse were dismissed by courts.
A letter from the FEC to Zolari indicates that the FEC was not satisfied with her filing for office due to name issues. A response and correction by Zolari is due by March 26th of this year.
Past Career Experience Claims
Zolari often cites work as a realtor, nurse, and president of an anti-domestic violence organization called Stop Abuse California. According to a LinkedIn we found, she also claims to be the owner of something called Patriot Channel under the name Krisiann Ceasar, where it is listed that she lives in San Antonio.
Documents from the California Department of Justice indicate that Zolari’s organization, Stop Abuse California, failed to comply with notices from the state and had their tax-exempt status revoked.
Family as well as individuals previously associated with Zolari told Current Revolt that Zolari had never been a nurse and was only a certified nursing assistant. Additionally, they allege that she was never a realtor and only an assistant to a realtor.
Multiple individuals we spoke to allege that Zolari is still currently married and was married to Singh at the time of her marriage to Ravizza.
Zolari’s campaign website shows that she is actively soliciting donations for her congressional run under the name KrisiAnn for Congress.
The name listed at the bottom of her congressional website also lists the name Ava Zolari.
Ava Zolari has a large and active following on X. Despite the fake/AI profile photo and the numerous names, Zolari has been effective in growing her social media base and connecting with online users.
We reached out to Zolari several times to inquire about the allegations above, including multiple names, claims, and clarification of domestic violence, previous work history, whether she was still married, and involvement in the Texas Address Confidentiality Program. Zolari refused to answer any of our questions and claimed her experience as a domestic violence survivor was being weaponized to discredit her.
We also asked Zolari if she could simply provide her full legal name. She also refused to answer this.
Zolari is scheduled to speak in New Braunfels this Friday at 6pm.
