This week was rather controversial in Texas politics, and it only got worse. If you’ve followed us for at least a few days, you’ve heard about the scandal occurring in light red Denton County, where the Elections Administrator loudly proclaimed Texas SOS Jane Nelson told him that foreigners can freely meddle in our elections if they have a magic word on their NGO-obtained Driver’s License: “limited.”
In response to our article, and moreso the controversy over the Administrator’s statements, SOS released an “election advisory” to clarify election rules pertaining to the aforementioned “limited magic plastic.”
The statement mentions it’s a felony for non-citizens to vote, and also illegal for election judges to “knowingly” allow foreigners to interfere in our democracy.
By page three of the statement however, matters took a turn. The SOS ruled that an election judge should read election law to the potential voter, and if the “limited” holder has no questions, he/she/it can grab a ballot and vote.
The statement clarifies it’s possible that a “limited” person just became a naturalized citizen yesterday.
While we doubt the Texas SOS will try and enforce the mandate to let non-citizens to vote, hopefully your local polling place has a good election judge willing to risk harassment by Kamala’s DOJ. We also doubt our SOS would protect such judges from accusations of “civil rights violations.”

I don’t know what the big deal is about. You need ID for most everything. I even had to present it when we signed up for our new ISP.
Folks, it is really simple. NON citizens should NOT VOTE in our elections. That's the big deal Kathy Lux.
