I don't understand all the bureaucracy around this, but everybody knows that entering a country illegally is itself a crime, so it shouldn't even be an issue whether illegal immigrants are criminals. They are, de facto. I don't understand the lackadaisical attitude on the part of authorities in general when it comes to the existential crisis of immigration (all immigration) into the U.S. It's seems like they just don't f*cking care about this country and it's frustrating as hell for normal Americans who want someone to fight for America. What's the point of these people if they're only there to issue speeding tickets?

There’s even more, honestly this isn’t even the worst of it. There’s the bit where they discuss that they don’t answer to the U.S. Constitution, they only answer to the Texas Constitution.

Additionally, it’s a Class B state crime to enter the state illegally, so he’s literally cherry picking which state laws to enforce, too.
