Time to Arrest Beto and Co.

As you no doubt heard, the Biden regime sent its FBI goons to raid the home of the true US President, Donald J. Trump.
Former President Donald Trump said late Monday that FBI agents raided his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and broke open his safe, an unprecedented search that sources said was related to a probe into whether Mr. Trump took classified government documents from his White House tenure.
The illegitimate Brandon regime is attempting to disqualify Trump from running for office ever again. They could do this under USC 18 USC 2071.
This seems likely.
Or is the regime intending to bog Trump down with lawsuits during election season like they are doing with Alex Jones?
The Democrats are ruthlessly using state power to persecute policial enemies. They have sent the FBI to persecute parents at school board meetings. They have used the FBI to persecute the January 6 protesters and hold them without even charging them with a crime and without bail. They have used the FBI to persecute Project Veritas.
It is time for Republicans to respond in kind. We should learn from Merrick Garland and use lawfare to target the enemy.
Republicans control a large number of states. The state of Texas could wait for an opportune moment when the Democrats are attempting to pass legislation in Congress and arrest at least 11 Texas members of Congress to deprive Democrats of their slim majority.
The Democrats in the Texas congressional delegation could be arrested tomorrow for seditious conspiracy, which is illegal in Texas.
A person commits an offense if the person knowingly:
(1) commits, attempts to commit, or conspires with one or more persons to commit an act intended to overthrow, destroy, or alter the constitutional form of government of this state or of any political subdivision of this state by force or violence
Once 11 Texas Democrat congressional representatives are arrested, control of the U.S. House of Representatives will flip and Republicans could defund the FBI and the DOJ. They should then take over the January 6th committee and turn it on the Democrats. Republican-controlled state governments could then arrest Democrats that do not cooperate with the investigations.
The state of Texas should also make life difficult for FBI agents operating within the state, as the Columbus police did recently when a citizen discovered that you can actually call the local police on the Feds.
As the video above shows, even lowly city police have the power to arrest Feds, and the Sheriff can arrest anyone.
The state could arrest Feds that are persecuting conservatives (at least temporarily), or refuse to cooperate with their illegitimate operations. And while we are at it, Texas should arrest Beto O’Rourke for sedition for trying to take away our second amendment rights and supporting a foreign invasion.

Presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke reiterated his support for a mandatory gun-buyback program of assault-style rifles on Thursday and said, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
While O’Rourke has claimed that he does not support an open-borders immigration system or decriminalizing illegal border crossings, he has also advocated for giving citizenship to nearly 20 million illegal immigrants currently residing in the United States. He further opposes incarcerating individuals who illegally cross over the border.
It’s time to arrest Beto O’Rourke for sedition and the hate crime of impersonating a Mexican.
The abuse of Federal power by the Democrats will only end when they understand that Republicans will respond in kind. It’s time to stop whining, take action, and respond in kind using our duly elected governments to secure our rights and freedoms.
Besides, wouldn’t it be fun to see Sheila Jackson Lee and Beto O’Rourke in chains and orange jumpsuits?
